We consider balance as one of the cornerstones for living a happy, healthy and fulfilled life. If you're not able to stop, smell the roses and enjoy those around you or sit back and take a few hours for you, to reset... then life can cruise past you at an unhealthy pace. We've taken some time to collect a few resources for you to peruse and, ideally, take some time to enjoy for yourself or with your loved ones.
Take a few minutes and look through some of the things we've been able to enjoy, even in the current state of our country that limits you from leaving your house and going to the movies or to see your favorite band. You can find healthy but tasty recipes, some of our favorite page turners and even virtual tours of some of the most fascinating museums, zoo's and aquariums our world has to offer!

RECIPES
- Dan Dan Noodles, also known as Tantanmen Ramen or Tan Tan Noodles, combine delicious ramen noodles & pork with a spicy, creamy broth seasoned with chili oil, peanut butter and sesame paste.
- Ingredients: Ginger, Garlic, Green Onions, Black Bean Sauce, Peanut Butter, Tahini, Chili Oil, Chili Paste, Broth, Pork, Spinach
Hot Cocktail Recipe: Scottish Coffee
- On a cold winter’s night there’s nothing like a hot and boozy cocktail to help you wind down and warm your bones.
- Ingredients: Hot brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, Sugar, and topped with whipped cream
- Baked chicken wings are so easy to make, and they come out of the oven crispy and delicious. Simply bake them in a 400°F oven for 40 minutes. There's no need for flour!
- Ingredients: Fresh chicken wings, Butter, Kosher salt and black pepper, Spices (garlic powder and paprika or smoked paprika. Onion powder can be used instead of garlic powder)
- These lightly breaded and baked cod fillets are a much healthier alternative to the traditional battered and fried version.
- Ingredients: 1 lb. cod, 2 Tbsp olive oil, ½ cup whole wheat bread crumbs, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 clove minced garlic or ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)-optional, ¼ tsp paprika, 2 tsp lemon zest, 2 Tbsp, lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper

The Queens Gambit | Series - TRAILER | Watch: Netflix
- The Queen's Gambit is a 2020 American coming-of-age period drama miniseries based on Walter Tevis's 1983 novel of the same name. Beginning in the mid-1950s and proceeding into the 1960s, the story follows the life of Beth Harmon (Anya Taylor-Joy), an orphaned chess prodigy on her rise to the top of the chess world while struggling with drug and alcohol dependency.
